Blog Templates

I have been working on a new blog, as always, and I seem to be having a hard time finding templates I like. Anyone with ideas out there? I also would like to find some different sites with backgrounds. Any help would be greatly appreciated. As for the templates, I prefer ones with at least 3 columns.

I like the 3 column look too. There are so many things you can do with a blog now!
