Searching for a Web Host

I have been tossing around the idea of searching for new web hosting. I just don't really know where to start. It seems everytime I turn around there are some sort of deals you can find. Of course, I want to find the best deal possible. My problem is, as soon as I find a good deal and sign up for it, then something better will come along.

I looked around this morning for webhosting rating and actually ran across some spectacular finds. Right now I am thinking of Bluehost Inc. Anyone have an opinion about them? I would like to make a decision before next week, but like I said, I want it to be the right decision.
