Fat Burners

Anyone ever tried a fat burner? I have been considering trying out atro phex. It is suppose to be a great diet pill that burns fat fast. That is what I truly need in order to shed these last ten pounds. I plan on going on a cruise soon, and the last thing I want to worry about is whether or not my bathing suit will fit. I am determined to look my best, so wish me luck!
