Buying for Kids

I always like when one of my nieces or nephews birthday roles around. I think it's more because I enjoy buying gifts for kids. But in just a few weeks, I have a new nephew or niece on the way, and this means I get to buy some designer baby clothes, which are my favorite to buy.

My sister-in-law is expecting and the baby is soon to arrive. She and I have been doing some shopping and buying just about everything in site. I didn't realize how much is out there now, or I apparently forgot since my daughter is all grown up.

When Melody got in the car for me to take her shopping the other day, she started talking about appaman, barefoot dreams, and then the next thing I knew she mentioned jellycat. I know it has been a long time since I had a baby, but now I really do feel old. I had no clue what half the stuff she named really was. I guess I have a lot to learn.
