Eating the Right Food

I have decided that just eating diet food is not all it is going to take to get rid of these few pounds. It is going to take eating foods that burn fat. After doing some research this morning, I am going to go grocery shopping for the right foods and not just salad ingredients. Don't get me wrong, I love salads, but I also want something that is going to help this process. The sooner I start eating right, the sooner I will drop this weight.
