Removing Scars

My step-son has been looking for something to help remove acne scar. We came upon some ointment that said it would do away with all the scars, but it didn't work as good as we had hoped. I told him I would start searching online for what I could find. I know there has to be some type of product that will do what he needs it to do. It is only a matter of investigating and researching.
