Organizing My Kitchen

I own a catering company in Knoxville, Tennessee. I cater for many different things, proms, weddings, parties, anniversaries, and anyone else who needs the help. I have always enjoyed cooking. It is a passion of mine. I love trying new recipes. I have over 100 recipe books in my kitchen and I stare at them all day.

I cook many different things that require spices. At first I just had spices thrown all over the place and it was such a hassle trying to find the certain one. I knew I had to invest in a spice rack or maybe spice racks for the amount of spices I had.

I looked all over the world wide web for kitchen spice racks. I wanted something that would match my kitchen. Then I found wall spice racks. I really like the idea of all of my spices to be hanging on the wall verses a station on the counter. This way it gives me more room.
